I visited Vaishali Dental clinic from November, 2020 to January, 2021 for treatment. They maintain all precautions keeping COVID in mind and properly sanitize their clinic and equipment apart from using face shields and masks etc. After the initial consultation and diagnosis my second session was detailed and covered by Dr. V.K. Singh. Subsequent sessions were with Dr. Verma. I was provided a detailed explanation of the issues with my teeth and a roadmap for my treatment with transparent estimates on the cost of treatment. They were extremely professional at all times and outlined the pros and cons of all choices I had to make as a patient. All treatment was done patiently and spaced over enough sessions. I was also not given any unnecessary antibiotics or medication. I settled my dues at the end of each session via contactless payment and appreciated the same. I am writing this testimonial almost 2 months after completion of my treatment and have no issues at all in the affected teeth. On my maiden visit I got an appointment the next day for RCT after preliminary examination with certain changes in medicine prescribed by my former dentist. I thought of extraction but she advised RCT as the tooth was immobile. Surgery was conducted successfully. Dentist examined other teeth on my next visit and did the filling in continuation of the treatment I got registered.
