I visited Dr Harish Makker ,a very senior doctor, related to knee pain . He took complete history and said that my recent walking activity caused the pain. He recommended a few exercises to strengthen the muscles around the knee so that they can support my newly started walking activity.
Without any medicines or scans, I followed the steps suggested by the doctor, and finally, the pain was reduced.
