Indu Medical And Research Centre

My spouse was diagnosed with Dengue and got admitted to Indu Medical & Research Center. Its been a month since he got discharged and doing good now. I am really happy with the treatment and care that my spouse received in the hospital. Dr. Rajneesh Sir is very sweet and warm in nature. He never let you take the tension the way he handles the communication with the patient's family. He always keeps calm and answers all the questions with patience. I am really thankful to him and his team for taking good care of my Spouse so he could be recovered that soon. I am Thankful for the management staff as well who helped me for making the mediclaim process go smooth.

When I went to the center I was told to wait for few minutes. They took the fee immediately. But after waiting for more than one hour there was no sign of doctor so when I went upto the reception I was told that doctor has went away on some work and was asked to wait some more. But when I pressed some more I was told that doctor has not even present today and they are trying to arrange somebody for me. It was such a frustrating situation and I have decided never to see her again.

Dr Rajneesh is a very experienced * ***** doctor..he is very friendly, understanding,and caring.he puts all his best efforts for the patients.the management n staff is very supportive n caring at indu hospital.i m life time grateful for him for saving the life of my husband who was in a very critical condition bt within few days he cured my hubby magically.i thank him again for such a rapid improvement,care n best treatment he provided.

i booked an appointment on Friday 31st Jan.2020 and got a slot 12.25 on 2nd Feb 2020. I got two reminders on my mail on 2nd Feb. for my scheduled appointment and got two whatsapp messages . It also directed me that if you can't reach , is should cancel or request for rescheduling it. i reached well in time at Indu Clinic and to my dismay Doctor was not there . He was not even in town, he was in Delhi. To make matters worse , receptionist was not even aware about my appointment and schedule. I accosted her with the mails and messages but she had no clue . She tried to be helpful and even talked to Doctor but the earliest Doctor was available was in the second half of Feb. So i will be waiting for more than a fortnight now. Kindly resolve scheduling issues asap.

It is good and nice experience.Mr .Srivastava is good friendly .but he shouldsome more time to patient ..

Doctor is friendly and excellent (5🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖)....but if he give more time to patient n explain

the reason why problem occurred he would be the best.......overall beyond the expectation...........

Nice exp in first session as done .doctor listen very carefully the all issues and give extra time to me.its gud for all concerned

I contacted her because of the rating. It showed 500fees but she charged 1000rs. And the session was taken at her home. I personally did not have a good experience with her.
