I consulted Dr Sucharita Sengupta mam on 16th August 2023 for my PCOS, stubborn belly fat, acne and constipation issues. She is a very friendly person and have always guided me whenever I faced the slightest inconvenience with regard to the diet chart. Her diet chart is like magic. When I received the diet, I thought it’ll be difficult to follow, but when I started following the diet, it became a routine immediately and I felt healthier each day. I got to know about Sucharita ma'am from one of my acquaintances. And thank god I got her as my dietician. She is extremely good and kind. She asks about all the likings and dislikings before making a diet plan and even modifies it if the person is uncomfortable with something. I consulted Ms. Sucharita Sengupta first time for my mother who was diagnosed with IBS and iron deficiency. Then for my father who is diabetic and recently for myself for NAFLD.

We found her very warm, polite, patient, and caring. She listened to our each and every word carefully and made us feel heard.

First, she tried to learn about our daily routines, current food habits, and preferences.

Then, she explained to us what steps we can take to address our issues (i.e., the treatment plan), pointed out the things that we were doing wrong along with reasons and suggested healthier alternatives.

After that, she resolved all of our doubts and a few common-related queries from herself.

Now, coming to the prescription (a fully typed PDF page), it is a time-wise divided diet chart with multiple options to choose from at each time point. It concludes with personalized DO’s, DON’TS (along with reasons), and some general instructions.

We found her diet chart to be flexible, easy to follow, practical, and implementable as she took into consideration our timings and current food habits while preparing the same.

Both of my parents have been benefitted greatly from her advice and I hope to get the same in my case.

Lastly, talking about post-visit queries, she resolves them on WhatsApp for free, irrespective of the time of the last visit.
