I'd recommend sessions with Saniya because of the empathy I recieved from her, because of which I've made considerable development in terms of my mental health, and because of well, and how better I understand my issues (ADD & BPD) because of the approach that she's taken during our sessions. Therapy is a trial & error process & it took me a long time to find a therapist that was willing to listen while simultaneously being conscious of the appropriate ways to deal with experiences that I've had that require a certain degree of sensitivity in order to be explored; would recommend to everyone.

After a few sessions with Saniya we were able to slowly peel of the layers and dive into the issues that I have been facing due to the lockdown and pandemic. Eventually, we were able to discuss underlying issues that I have faced over a long time as well. I believe the sessions have been great in helping me clear up the clutter in my head, and make positive advancements with regards to my mental health. Would definitely recommend her!

Ms Saniya Sidhu completely changed my experience with therapy. In just two sessions i feel so comfortable in sharing my issues with her and the post session relaxation is better than any pill, any medicine.
