Ms. Sananda Paul

Ms. Paul to start with is an amazing woman with a such calmness n poise in her. On the first cal where I'm skeptical and high in emotions, she actually calmed me down n asked me to be patient til the next day, where I went n spoke my heart out. She managed to put my agrression down and really heard me out.

The older generation of councillors in Kolkata have made councelling a money making business where they make their assistants ask personal questions to the patients. Lillie do they realise it's not an ENT appointment but it's for therapy and not all are open to share their mental problems ! There was Ms. Paul who just picks up the cal and on a friendly note tells me to come over and let's talk !

It was just great to be honest completely,frankly this was my first time.

But it went very well, the friendly non-judgmental environment felt very secure to open up.

Sananda Madam helped a lot , I can say I have felt way better just after the first sessions with her. (took 3 sessions totally)

learnt a lot about life skills , self-confidence felt increased , sessions with her was very helpful.

She’s amazing, tries to understand you completely. No judgements, listens to you through and through.

It was a great and positive interaction :) loved the way she patiently listened and provided the solutions.

Madam thoroughly heard the problems, and analysed from the basic point of view. Giving new suggestions for step by step solving the problems. with a very politeness, madam gives some good opinion about career, and I feel inspired and get motivated. Also, feel positive about my career.

Gave me the safety of the virtual space to share my problems even when I spoke over her multiple times during the session.

Very helpful. Good listner of the problem. I had visited her for my son and she had given the some solution for solve problem.
