I think before giving mam the credit I'd like to give myself some credit (don't get me wrong she has been fabulous in helping me get out of the phase of my life that seemed like a dead end.)

But I'm saying this for a very particular reason, which is "admitting that I needed help" and trust me it's half the battle won.

Step two was actually meeting her not knowing why I was there or what kind of help I was going to get. After all as humans the thought that crossed my mind that crosses a lot of them out there is "am I paying someone to listen to me crib about my life"

But ma'am always told me from day one.. that we all have the answers deeply routed within ourselves. She can guide us find them..

But the perspectives she provided me with have been very deeply profound.

The questions I needed to ask myself were very biased. But with extremely professional but warm understand I was guided out of this very dark phase of my life.

To anybody who's going through any sort of stress anxiety troubles and things we've felt we can't talk about or are misunderstood.

This experience will change your life. She's the best person to go to.

One more little advice , therapy isn't magic.. it takes time.. so please there might be days it may seem useles and want to give up ,but like everything else give it time be consistent with it. The light at the end of the tunnel exists.

Overall it was a great experience and I came out it knowing myself better.
