I was hesitant about going for therapy but after my sessions with Dr. Sumedh I'm more open and comfortable with it. Dr. Sumedh is extremely compassionate and friendly. We have been working on my issues in detail and every problem is addressed by him deeply by a follow up email after the appointment where he recommends certain tools that have worked excellently in my case. All our sessions have been productive and eye-opening pushing me to be a better version of myself. His analysis and explanation of certain situations has been extremely helpful and thought provoking. Recommend 10/10
