However with time the pain only increased and my condition deteriorated. What started as a routine Gym injury became a pretty serious handicap for me as day by day I was finding it difficult even to do basic tasks such as combing my hair, wearing T-Shirt or sleeping at night. I consulted 3 different doctors during this phase who prescribed/administered on me several medicines, vitamin supplements, Ultrasound Physiotherapy and even steroid shot but nothing helped. The last doctor I consulted even advised me to go for Shoulder Arthroscopy as my condition was only deteriorating.

Luckily I had kept Dr. Aiman's visiting card in my wallet whom I had met very briefly quite a few years back in a physiotherapy session he conducted at office. I'm so glad that I made a decision to start my treatment under Dr. Aiman. He's a thorough professional, a gentleman and truly an expert physiotherapist. He was spot on in his diagnosis of my issue.

He explained to me the real reason why my pain was not healing(which was bad posture) and over the next 2 months made me go through different

physiotherapy procedures. He has all the modern day equipment available and with a combination of manual and equipment based techniques he

has helped me overcome this pain to a great extent. I'm still under his treatment but I've noticed a significant improvement in mobility and pain alleviation.

In my experience, he's the best physiotherapist available in Kolkata and I would highly recommend him.

Due to desk job, I work for 10-12hrs daily, which caused severe pain in my lower & upper back due to Sacroiliac. Consulted several specialist doctors such as Orthopedic, Rheumatologist, Neurologist but most of them suggested to take Physiotherapy sessions. So, I found Dr. Aiman Afandi through Practo and it is one of the best thing ever happened to me with the help of internet.

It had been really an amazing journey from day 1. Dr. Aiman did my physical examination and his expertise in this area is just amazing. He was very quick in finding the real problem and explained it very well. He suggested to take 2-3 weeks of sessions to fix my back pain and release muscle tightness.

He did trigger point therapy, laser therapy and PEMF therapy, which gave amazing results. I have recovered from my back pain upto 70-75% in just 11 sessions. PEMF therapy is very new and it did not give expected results, but I'm sure Dr. Aiman would gain expertise on PEMF therapy too, very soon. I would like to visit him again, soon. Hopefully by that time he would have expertise on PEM therapy as well.

He is very friendly, and punctual. I never had to to wait for more than 5 mins in those 11 sessions I took.

I am an IT employee working 10-12 hrs. a day. 5 years back I had a terrible pain which started getting worse. I visited several doctors-orthopedics ,physio, physician etc. .Few gave me medicines, few gave me some tests but nothing gave me relief until I visited Dr AIMAN of EXPERT PHYSIO. He properly diagnosed my condition – Myofascial pain syndrome which till now I was thinking of Cervical spondylosis as other doctors had told. And within first 5 sessions my pain went down by 50% which had not been the case since last 6 months of visiting several doctors and taking so many medicines. Within 3-4 weeks of his treatment I was 90% pain free. He showed me some preventive exercises and postures and told me to follow it regularly in order to be pain free permanently. A neighbour of mine reffered me to Dr Aiman of EXPERT PHYSIO who herself was undergoing her treatment with him.He assessed my condition thoroughly and daignosed it as Patellofemoral pain syndrome. He suggested to take few sessions which I did . In just 2 sessions I felt the pain coming down. It took around 3 weeks for me to completely recover and suggested few strengthening exercises which needs to done to prevent recurrence. It's been 6 months now I am completely pain free. In fact I have also joined dance classes and enjoying my pain-free life. Would highly recommend anyone who in any kind of pain . Another very important thing is he explains the process of treatment so it becomes easy for the patient to understand the treatment.
