After only a single session, Ms Shah correctly pegged the origins of my trichotillomania to my anxiety and self-worth issues. She is an absolutely wonderful listener, patient and non-judgemental. She has a deep understanding of psychological conditions and she is professional in her approach, interpreting and analyzing the root causes of conditions. The corrective actions she recommended for me have been brilliant. She assigned simple exercises between sessions that have helped me overcome my issues. If you are sceptical about psychotherapy, you should give Ms Dhwani Shah a go and see for yourself and I'm sure you won't be disappointed. And as a cherry on top of the sessions, the teas she brews are a delight!
