She has really interesting tips on how to eat food, and balance it. Without having to starve. There have been so many things that we are doing wrong and dont even realise it, thinking its healthy, when actually its harmful. Really happy with my diet chart. And also so many new things were introduced, which is surprisingly tasty too. Will reccommend.
