My experience in Urvaraa was a very good one.The clinic is well furnished and the ambience is very homely.The staff is very friendly and approachable.It is a women's clinic and they take very good care of the patients.They are very responsive and they have always agreed to help me in times of doubt.They are effecient and cordial.Dr. Indrani Lodh was extremely polite and helpful to me.She explained and diagnosed all the problems and guided me thoroughly through all the medications required.She has a positive attitude *** *** ******* ********* and experience in this field.She is communicative and warm and thus one can open up to her easily about her problems.A great thing about the place is that everything is under one roof.The pharmacy is located inside the clinic so one does not have to go anywhere else. All the blood tests are done in the clinic itself.This makes it very convenient for patients.The behavior of each and every staff is really good.I also found it very economical .I would definately recommend this place for its positive environment and the doctor's friendly approach towards her patients.

I have wonderful experience with dr Indrani Lodh. Me and my husband have visited on 17.07.2017. She is efficient, confident as well as nice, approachable, friendly and very good listener and understanding. One thing that she is so busy and not able to pick up the phone of patients all time. I tried a couple of times for a clarification of a medicine prescribed by her. But I am not able to contact her over phone. Overall I am recommending her because you can get the best advice from her with a smile.:-) :-)

She is just awesome with very friendly behaviour. And her treatment process is much better than rest doctors of kolkata and she just prescribe me only one type of medicine **** ** **** **** *********** .thank you so much mam . And mam not only you are doc but as a good samaritan also .hats off mam.

First of all, Dr.Indrani Lodh is a polite person and is approachable discussing the pros and cons of the treatment .She is a wonderful person and her positivity brings SMILE to all her patients and even to the cancer patients (which I m undergoing through!!)..I wish her all the best and hope the trust for Urvaara and their genuine service towards each and every patient remains transparent and same..Happy to visit Urvaara .
At the 1st visit, Doctor pressurised the patient party to have the IVF USG done from her clinic Urvaraa IVF Fertility Clinic at much higher cost than outside. Even if she was also forcing to buy prescribed medicines from her clinic. But we denied to do that. After visiting many reputed medical shops, we could not find 1 medicine (Folic acid)at any medical store out of total 4 medicines. All of the medical stores suggested to get the generic name of the medicine since it is available in all store with different brand name, but the brand which doctor had prescribed only available in her clinic. That we came to know at our 2nd visit. All the blood tests need to be done from her clinic forcefully which are less costly outside. The big concern is at the time of emergency situation like pains at any time during day time even, she does not pick any call, rejected the calls, and asked to send query via Whatsapp. After sending msg via Whatsapp, she bother to reply it after 24 hrs. like Who are you? Changed the doctor.....My suggestion will always be to this type of irresponsible, money, business minded doctors. Thanks.

17.01.22 was the day of my IVF result at Urvarra Durgapur and it failed. There were total 4 IVF patients in same batch and all of us had the same result. It's gravely disappointing that there was not a single positive result, even though one female was just 20 years old. More to add, there was a similar batch of 4 females just two weeks before us and all in that batch as well failed. I didn't repeat my IVF here. And I never received any call from doctor or clinic for even a simple sympathy. It was hope of life for us *** ****** **** * ***** ****** *** *** ******* There must be some fault in the clinic / technician/Embryologist/doctor that Urvarra IVF Durgapur gave a big zero percent result where as Indrani madam claims a 70% success. Hence I do not suggest anyone like me to invest their time health money in this clinic at all.

secondly she doesn't believe in confidentiality. She may and can blabber out other patient' distressful situation as a topic of mockery.

The only good part is her team which comprises of dr.priyanka and dr munmun and few more..who will make u super comfortable and their behaviour will ensure u are fine and fit.

She is good but doesn't disclose entire problem, if you ask her any questions she will tell first follow what has been told, next never do test from her clinic as soon as u visit she will write lists of test which will cost you more then 7000 but outside in any other labs will cost you around 4000 so please avoid going to her for any normal problems..

First of all doctor is very friendly. She talks all the outside things and talk less for the problem which we have visited. Secondly in case of any emergency or suggestions she never picks up your call . A pregnant women faces many problems / health complications during this period but she hardly replies whats app message. Even if she replies that message will be after 12-24 hrs. She has become very professional after opening her own clinic. I will never ever prefer her for my wife treatment in future.

I went to the doctor for infertility. Doctor suggested a laproscopy as I had endometriosis. But after the surgery was done, I started having recurring pains every now and then. Doctor changed medicines, but was of no help.
