A family member had accidental injury to ankle from staircase fall and went to consult Dr. Sanjib. Despite being on wheelchair and obvious pain and swelling, she was made to wait for 2.5 hours before X-Ray scan was check

A family member had accidental injury to ankle from staircase fall and went to consult Dr. Sanjib. Despite being on wheelchair and obvious pain and swelling, she was made to wait for 2.5 hours before X-Ray scan was checked and patient discharged by system queue. Hospital staff were very rude when requested to expedite consultation. When asked, Dr Sanjib justified that it was not bone injury so patient can wait. Overall, medical staff lack empathy.

Also, clinic fees is Rs 700 and not Rs 300.
