Dr. Preeti Parakh

I had a serious trouble going on inside me and I didn't know how to come out of it. I visited Preeti ma'am an year before, and then again after that for which I received a very motherly treatment. She heard my problems and listened to everything that I had to say, unlike other doctors. I didn't want to go on a high dose of medication, she asked me not to worry about anything and prescribed me just two medicines. Eventually, I got better.

I will give a 5 star rating, because I couldn't find any doctor more comfortable and friendly than her.

I had a really good experience with Dr Preeti Parakh when i had gone to consult her in her clinic. She listened to my problems intently. Unlike a couple of other psychiatrists that I had visited before, she did not seem to be in a hurry to write the medicines and terminate the consultation.She spent almost an hour explaining me the key issues related to my problems and how these issues could be countered. I have fully benefitted from the consultation.

I found Dr Parakh very easy to talk to. She patiently listened to all my problems, gave some suggestions and also explained in detail about the medicines and possible side effects. I was in regular follow up with her for more than a year and am now off medicines. I referred her to some other patients too and all were satisfied with her treatment.

I had visited the doctor with my partner today. This is the second time he is seeing her and has spoken highly about her since he has seen visiting her. I was surprised several times throughout the interaction with her.

First of all, she told my partner that she wouldn't have changed the medicine had she been aware of the fact that there would be a change in his workplace. I find it difficult to accept that a doctor would make a statement like this. If he was aware of a change, would he not have anyway informed her?

Next, one of the solutions given to my partner to one of his problems was to move out or asking another family member to move out as easily ** * ******* ********* ***** *** ******* ** **** *** * ************* ** * ******* ********* ***** *** ******* ** **** *** * ************* ** * ******* ********* ***** *** ******* ** **** *** * ************* ** * ******* ********* ***** *** ******* ** **** *** * ************* ** * ******* ********* ***** *** ******* ** **** *** * ************* What surprises me is that she was talking about a) a huge move that would inevitably create problems and add on to my partner's stress (he did mention that his mother wouldn't be okay with it)

b) and as lightly as if it could be easily done over the next few days.

Forget a doctor saying it, frankly, I wouldn't expect any person who can think logically would be providing such a difficult solution to a person looking for help ASAP

I was there all the while, unacknowledged by her. It was quite evident that I would be either a family member or the partner. That isn't even the issue. I let her interact with my partner uninterruptedly. He had missed mentioning a point or two. We were discussing and he asked me to tell her the ones I was talking about. But she dismissed those by rudely saying that she is unwell and if we could discuss those the next day. This matter, you may say, is subjective. 1.gives time and listens/understands all the issues in details, like old and genuine non commercial doctors used to do.

2. No jump to immediate medications, effective start and ramp up of medicines in a scientific manner.

3. Amicable, concerned about patients.

4. Treat patient with apt care and counselling.

5. Takes responsibilities of treatments.

4 star given only because of clinic ambience,not because of doctor. Clinic ambience can be better.

I have been under treatment for some time now and am very happy. She listened to all my problems patiently and was not in a hurry to just write the prescription like other doctors. Less of medicines and more of counseling, is her treatment style. I was taking 7 tablets every day before going to her. Now I take 2 tablets everyday and am fit nd fine. Thank u doctor :)

Dr. Preeti has been looking into my treatment for quite some time now and I must share my experience, it has been very satisfying. She is great at listening and understanding my problem. She is also easily approachable according to my convenience. And most importantly her medicines have a very quick positive impact. I strongly recommend her for all sorts of problems.

I have visited dr preeti parekh in this month only, i found the doctor was in hurry to prescribe medicine,i was under medication prescribed by the dr but i wasn't getting any result and called the doc and told her about the same but dr even didn't listen to me properly just told me to visit her after one month..

Dr Parakh is very easy to open up with. I was able to share all my problems with her. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my queries about medicines very patiently. I am now completely fine and am following up with her regularly. I think I was lucky to have found her.
