Doctor is very nice and smart. He knows what he is doing. But experience with practo care is awful. Our surgery was minor and hence wasn’t covered under cashless service. Below are the issues we faced:

1. Package rate promised was for private ward in email but in the nursing home it was a general ward with 7 bed sharing. Final amount charged was based on private ward instead of raising this point in the first 2 hours of admission.

2. No practo guy was present in nursing home to assist. Had to rely on phone calls.

If you dont have insurance or your surgery isnt covered under insurance there is no point in doing a surgery through practo, its pointless. Better to directly connect with nursing home or hospital.

Extremely friendly! Listen to your problems! Gives you suggestions especially post surgery in telephonic conversation! He even listened to the patient in a video call before we visited him! During discharge he gave me his personal number and told me to call in any emergency *** ****** ** ** *** ********* ** ********

He is really a amazing person..my mother was suffering from liver metastatis .was declared not possible for another treatment but this doctor survive from that..Now my mother is fully well..same i am also undergoing with his treatment.he is just a living God for Us.
