Dr. Anubha is very nice approachable and friendly person. She provides me with proper diet plan which is helpful to overcome my health issues . She also clears every doubt regarding diet, takes regular feedback and guide properly . I'm doing extremely well by following her diet plan.

I have known Anubha for many years but never went to her for the weight loss programme or for any fitness regime. But recently since past couple of years I have been putting on weight and no exercise at all, you can say it was due to medical reasons and the interest and believe in weight loss and fitness had lost in me. That's when I met her just casually in the clinic when I had gone to show my son to her dad, and the first thing that came up from her was bhabhi why dont you come to me and I will help you out with it. It did take time for me to get geared up and land up in her clinic one day, and since then its been the major turning point of my life. I have become focused towards my diet my exercises and I feel myself again. Though its been only a month showing her and I have lost 1.5 kilos in say 2 weeks time which i feel is awesome and that too without major change in my diet. Hats off to her for her lovely work and the support. I would recommend everyone facing weight gain problems to go to her, and especially recommend to those who where fit at one point of time and has lost hope in themselves to go for sure. JUST A CALL and JUST A LITTLE DISTANCE AWAY. All the very best to her to achieve what she wants in life.
First of all I read all the lovely reviews about this dietitian and decided to go to her (I regret this decision ). Like every other youngster , I sleep late and eat junk. I know it's not healthy. But let's face the truth we all indulge into junk (Be it pizza, Burger fries, papad, bhujia, pakoras etc ).
I was thin like a stick but due to my personal life stress I gained extra 10-12 kgs in 4 years. Last year I had severe knee injury and this year I was diagnosed with knee arthritis and was told to loose weight. I have severe vitamin deficiency also. So I thought I should consult a dietitian for the purpose of loosing weight as well as becoming healthy. Okay now why do we consult a dietitian, obviously to get a customized meal plan that will not only suit our personal lives but also motivate us to carry on with it.
My experience with her certainly was very bad with her, she started behaving rude to me after knowing my unhealthy lifestyle. What a silly thing, if I followed a healthy lifestyle in first place then why would I go to her. Coming to her diet plan for me was only milk, fruits and green veggies with two rotis a day without oil n ghee in food , I very well know if I stop eating every thing other than veggies n fruits I will become slim, but will gain in no time back when I start eating other stuff and also I cannot follow this whole my life. Plus I have severe vitamin deficiency and weak body so I needed to include many other foods and eat in adequate quantities, which she did not cared about . She is quite expensive too . If you don't like the meal plan don't go for packaged sittings.
P.S. If you are rujuta diwaker fan you will definitely not like her! Invest in rujuta diwaker's books its a better choice than this dietician.
Extremely happy with Dr Anubha and her rich experience. I got satisfactory result in very first month. She has not only improved by eating habits but influenced positively to address other health issues. I strongly recommend everyone to consult her if you are feeling lost after trying all options for weight management.

I would recommend Dietician Anubha Taparia Saraogi...for sure,as she has done the very impossible task,bringing down my weight by 6/7 kg in less than 3 months.
Anubha introduces the diet plan in a very subtle manner,paying heed to ones likes as well as,following the discipline rules required for the weight loss.
Anubha has a downright and a very practical approach, is herself a pleasant,well-maintained diet teacher,who follows what she teaches...a role model. A very good characteristic of a Dietician which she has is that she hears you out to the minutest detail very carefully,which gives a feeling of being well-attended.

I would like to recommend Ms Anubha Saraogi to any energetic and determined individual willing to work hard, in order to stay fit and live a healthy lifestyle. She is very charming and spontaneous. I am extremely satisfied with her diet chart, because within three days I reduced 1 kg , obviously along with strenuous gym workout with my trainer. I like the fact you can contact her at anytime. The most important thing about her is, she takes note of every detail you tell her about yourself and helps you achieve your goal. I would say she is on the best dietitians in town.
