It was a double blind, randomised controlled trial, which analyzed the role of IV Aminophylline in acute exacerbation of COPD he was looking towards assessing short-term improvement in lung function and duration of stay in hospital. Unfortunately, with changing of jobs, he could not complete the study.The M.I.S.T. Trial was a multicentre trial and in Reading, we had to identify patients with empyema, check for their eligibility for the trial and then get them onto it. After he returns to India, the trial was completed and published in the New England Journal of Medicine.With the Talc Pleurodesis Trial, we were looking into keeping the drain in for 24 hours instead of the usual 48 hours. The trial has been completed and abstract presented at the European Respiratory Society.Thoracic Vent Trial - this device is being used in America for treatment of pneumothorax. We were running a multicentre trial looking into the feasibility of using it in the U.K.he has also taken part in trials by pharmaceutical companies like Astra Zeneca.

My family and I are treated by Dr Reza since the Covid times. Dr Reza is a fantastic human being that makes him a better doctor. He is smart, he knows his subjects understands the patient and the anxieties that the patient goes through. He explains the treatment modalities and gets angry when patient does not cooperate. I felt most humbled when he personally called me to find out how I was doing while I had a particularly bad issue. His approach is very scientific and not random. My daughter would not get treated by anybody else other than Dr Reza whenever she has the usual cough and cold, respiratory issues as do I. I have deep respect and gratitude for Dr Reza, which he rightly deserves.

Being on the wrong side of 65 I was extra alert as to the prevailing CARONA situation. On 7th July I felt feverish n little weakness. On 8th & 9th no improvement was noticed with common medicines rather Short Breathing and loss of smell n taste occurred by 9th evening. I knew Dr Tanvir Reza for his cost effective, correct diagonastic approach of treatment. Infact his counseling had helped me to undergo treatment in Home quarantined condition. By 13th I was perfectly ok. My breath became normal. Smell n taste returned. After staying for another 7days in Home Quarantined I reported on 20 to Collect my Discharge.
Thanks to Dr Reza n his team for making it easy n very cost effective. I ll ve to take several births to forget his great healp.

Well the first thing you will notice about him is his friendly behaviour. This helps a lot specially if you are stressed with something. He uses plain and simple language and doesn’t use big medical terms to amplify the effect.
Second he is very straight forward and takes one step at a time. He doesn’t assume anything and waits if he has ordered any further tests. In the mean while he makes you feel relax and that’s very important.
Last but not the least, he behaves like a friend of yours and not like some big doctor and listens to you completely. Having a conversation with him is very easy and that makes explaining your part pretty simple.

The problem with many doctors are,... they think and rather staunchly believe that all patients are unqualified and unaware and there is no educational space else in this world apart from studying medicine.
He simply asked me about my problem and prescribed a long list of tests and ordered me to get them done and go back to him after which he will only be able to examine.
And that stereotype request to get them done at medinova only...
How much they cost???
Nothing much....only Rs.8500/-.
Bored to hear repeatedly from different quarters and several times that this profession is a noble one...
I am lucky that only Rs.900/- of my heard earned money has gone wasted in the name of registration or fee and I am educated enough and was for long in the pharma trade....but I really feel saddened for those who spend a considerable amount of money behind tests at much higher prices as the same includes the package, only by honestly believing these doctors as God sent personalities.
I had a faith in Practo for their enlistment of doctors but I am sorry it has broken badly.

Two weeks back I visited Dr.Reza for my father as he was suffering from respiratory distress.
