Dr. Chakrabarti has recently started performing laparoscopic bariatric surgery and carrying out surgical weight loss program in Columbia Asia Hospital, Kolkata. 4 successful patients have been treated including 1 NRI patient.

He has also been a part of teaching fraternity. During his post-graduate residentship in India, he used to teach the medical students and the SHOs. This was a part of his official training program for M.S. In his present job I regularly teach medical students.
