I was suffering from internal & external hemorrhoids and immensely painful anal fissure for years. I have problems of keloids too, it was complicated. Respected Doctor assured me, explained all the minute details of laser surgery and it's benefit. He and his team took care me very well ,even immediately after surgery , sir explained my condition to my family members and assured them. The surgery was short, absolutely painless. The post surgery events was thoroughly monitored by him and his team. They took care even the tiny thing. I'm absolutely grateful to my Doctor and thankful to the team. It's like a second life to me and it's only because of Dr Kumar 🙏.

But sad to say we were not at all satisfied with the administration part of Prystin Care Kolkata. Staff are not properly trained they lack professionalism....Patient had a very bad experience in regards how the things were dealt by the staff....organisation lack administrative issues

Patient himself had to run left & right soon after his surgery....things were not tied up properly

Would recommend the doctor but not Prystin Care.

The most caring doctor I have come across in Kolkata. No trouble during recovery. On the surgery day, a cab picked us up from our home and took us to the hospital. There was no hassle for insurance approval as the medical coordinator already took care of it for me. When they meant that they offer various facilities within the quoted amount, they meant it. The stay at their partner hospital was also comfortable.
