He is ,apart from RUBY practicing at Suraksha ,Kasba.He brings confidence in patient very well. It's my first visit.Till now it can be said I am in the hand of proper doctor. Now I am expecting good outcome in future.

I want to deliver a loud massage About Dr. PRASANNA AV from Ruby General Hospital, a well-known Neuro Surgeon did a **** ****** ** ** **** ****** surgery of Endoscopic Discectomy L5-S1 (due to slip disk). I visited him with my wife for two times before surgery when all type of tests suggested by him and executed by us. The Surgery was done in Ruby General Hospital ******** *** ******** on 16.01.2024. She got discharged on 18.01.2024 by Dr. AV. As per advise of the Doctor dressing done in home by trained person. On 31.01.2024 pre settled appointment was schedule with the said doctor for removal of sutures. Amongst the sutures, except 1 all were removed and 1 new suture done by him and I was advised to remove those from local doctor after 10 days. But in between heavy pain felt by my wife and again we visited him and after examination he remove the remaining sutures and covered it by strap and advised to remove the same on next day at the time of bath and concluded that my wife was ok. But next day after removing the strap it was shown that the operated area was found to be swollen and filled with pus, ********** ******* ************** *********** Photo of the infected area was immediately shared with the doctor in WhatsApp and he suggested to visit him again. I did as he advised and he admitted that the situation was not favorable and again advised for dressing and retirement under him. ******** * ** * ******* ****** ** * ******* *** *** ****** ** * ** ******* ***** Now it has become a huge expensive treatment to me *** ** ***** ********* **** ** *** ****** and I was asked several times about balance of my Mediclaim during the treatment procedure ***** ***** ** ** **** *********** *** ***** ** ** ********* ** ***** ** ********* *** ********* ** ***** ***** ** ***** ***** ****** ** ***** ********* ***** ** ******* * ******** ****** ** *** ****** *** *** *********
