He is primarily involved in facial trauma and emergency management at the Hospital as also in treating a wide variety of head and neck conditions. His specialities and expertise encompasses but are not limited to Head and Neck Cancer Surgery & Reconstructions, all benign and malignant lesions of neck, Chronic facial pain syndrome management, Cleft lip and Palate correction, Nosejobs and other cosmetic facial procedures and TMJoint dysfunction treatments.
Dr Das completed his basic qualification in 2001 at University of Calcutta and trained extensively in Indian and UK maxillofacial Units as SHO from a period of 2005 till 2009. He continued higher surgical training till 2011 which culminated in successful completion of MFDS RCPS(Glasgow) from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow .
He was conferred the diploma of Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland after completing the higher surgical training in Maxillofacial Surgery in 2013.
He is now engaged in fulltime practice in the Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals, Kolkata and maintains his private practice in Aspire Clinic, Kolkata.
