She moved to India in September 1994 and joined Peerless Hospital as the full-time consultant being in-charge of Blood Bank, Developed Clinical Haematology Services and was responsible for the Haematology Laboratory. From 1997 onwards she started visiting other Hospitals like AMRI, Woodlands, Kothari Medical Center, Ruby General Hospital etc. From 2000-2011 she worked again in the United Kingdom in various Hospitals as a consultant. She rejoined her work as Haematologist in Peerless Hospital, Kolkata from 2012 onwards, she also has joined Medica Superspeciality Hospital, Fortis Hospital, Anandapur and also practices at Pulse Diagnostic.

I am immensely satisfied to be able to find her after so many years. I am overwhelmed with her treatment of my mother sometime in the year 1996 at Peerless Hospital, Kolkata. It was a terminal case. The manner in which she treated with exemplary empathy to the patient and to the solace of Patient's relatives, I can never forget in my life. She had an absolutely different kind of approach which was not often seen in Kolkata then. Her husband, too, was renowned cardiologist. My grateful obeisance to her.
I travelled from a very long distance to consult this doctor. But he was unavailable at OPD during that time. So I waited for nearly one and a half hours expecting his arrival.
