Sorry to say that I had a very bitter experience today. Though the appointment was confirmed twice, in this Vivid situation there is transportation problem all around Kolkata. But I have given my full effort to reach into the clinic 15 minutes before my appointment time. But I have seen no body in the reception had the information about my appointment, moreover no doctor was present. I wait to wait 30 minutes, made call to the person who have confirmed my appointment, he then informed that the doctor is not available. This is not at all expected.
Dr. Nag was to the point everytime I met him. He listened to me carefully and advised accordingly. He is experienced, very knowledgeable and also provides solutions in accordance with the need.He always responded my calls at any hour of the day and listened to my problems without being impatient. I am very happy with the treatment I received from Dr. Nag.
I went for piles treatment and experience was good. Thanks to Dr Anirban and Pristyn care team for helping me out with the process.
