I'm writing to share my experience receiving treatment for my left shoulder pain at Shape and Strength. Suffering caused me shoulder discomfort for two years. A consultation appointment with Dr. Yogitaa Mandhyaan on shape and strength is quick and easy to schedule. Who extensively investigated how the injury occurred, identified the causes, and assessed the status of the pain in detail. Then she suggested a reasonably priced 21-day physiotherapy program. It featured ultrasonography, which was handled professionally by physiotherapists. Mr. Surojit, the physiotherapist, was very pleasant and performed the treatment with care. The clinic is clean, orderly, and well-maintained. The 21-day period is coming to an end.During the treatment, the discomfort was greatly reduced, and I can now move my left hand and feel much better. Overall, my experience at the Shape and Strength clinic was fantastic, and I would strongly suggest it to anyone in need of physiotherapy. I had received a Grade 1 tear of right leg calf muscle while playing and after 2 weeks of rest the muscle had become stiff and I was hardly walking on heel. Had booked the appointment with Dr. Yogitaa Mandhyaan on Practo. Later on had got a call from the clinic confirming the appointment time. On visiting the clinic, the wait time was very less. Dr. Yogitaa thoroughly enquired about how the injury had happened, highlited the reasons behind it and checked the status of the injury in detail. Then she prescribed 2 weeks physiotherapy package which was not very costly. The physiotherapist Mr. Surojit was very courteous and did the treatment carefully. The clinic is clean and well maintained. The 2 weeks treatment healed the injury to a great extent and now I am able to walk without any issue as such. During the last session the physio also shown a few more self exercises to further heal the muscle gradually and completely. However, I felt periodical review with Dr. Yogitaa in between the duration could have helped better. Overall, I am thankful and satisfied with the treatment.

Shape and strength is a vey clean & calm place with all modern equipments. Dr. Yogita is a experienced doctor. Physiotherapist Surajit is very friendly as well as very experienced and efficient person. They treat patients with outmost care and passion. I came here with pain and irritation in my right hand and right side of my back. Madam checked me thoroughly listening me out patiently and then suggested therapy which Surajit carried out very efficiently. I felt satisfied with their treatment. I happened to visit Shape and Strength with acute sciatica and lower back pain. I met Dr Yogitaa Mandhyaan, she heard my problems very patiently and explained the line of treatment in detail. I required intensive treatment in short period of time for lower back and neck pain. The Dr was helpful in accurately diagnosing and suggesting treatment plan. The staff **** **** ************* *** provided daily treatment and exercises for 10 days and also modified treatment based on progress. My pain has now gone and they have educated me on how to continue exercise on my own to build strength. My mother also visited for foot pain at the same time and is also very satisfied. I started Physiothrepy for back pain in shape and strength, and I'm highly satisfied with the results. My pain has reduced significantly. Surojit helped me with the thereapy and exercises as prescribed by doctor and it worked wonders.

Surojit is very good at his work and is a very good person as well. The best part is they respect your timing.i.e... if the appointment is at 3 pm then it's 3pm u will not have to wait even for one minute extra.

I suffered from a disc bulge in my neck area due to work and weight lifting. After being in extreme pain for weeks and not getting any relief from medication, I went to Dr Mandhyan for treatment. Not only did I feel immense relief in my neck after each therapy session, I also got rid of numbing sensation in my arms/shoulders resulting from the injury. Apart from the from excellent therapy, she also gives extremely helpful advice on nutrition, supplements etc. and takes genuine interest in your full health. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking treatment for any injuries.
