I was suffering from increased weight gain for around 8-9 months owing to fatty liver problems and few other issues. My weight had started increasing by leaps and bounds, I was already overweight by 13 kilos and there was no way by which I could bring an end to it. Then I got in touch with Doctor Ananya Mitra who explained me my health problems, ways to combat them effectively and suggested me a step by step diet. Her diet helped me tremendously and I lost 10 kilos in a span of 2.5 months. She is absolutely the go to person if you are suffering from weight gain and if you require a proper diet.
