I admitted my father in Divine under Dr Mondal after he complained severe gastric related problem. Before this he was diagnosed with Esophagus cancer. My dad is also heart patient and takes regular medicine.I am highlighting few points which will help others to judge properly about the doctor and Divine nursing home.1.Divine nursing did not provide food to my father for 12 hours after admission.2. My father was admitted for 4 days in Divine and they charged my 15000 docotors consultation fee.But to my surprise doctor din' t even visted once and talked to patient in 4 days.3.Dr Mondal is not an approachable doctor.First of all there is no direct no of doctor .You have go via a middle person for the slightest query. Also his response is rude.4.Most importantly one of the ******** medicine -" clavix" was stopped while my father was admitted in divine for 4;days.At the last day of discharge he suffered from breathing problem and had to give oxygen. And to my surprise when I told then that I will discharge they(Divine) patient they(Divine) din't even consulted a medicine doctor and find the root cause of breathing problem.5. I had to submit paper for medical reimbursement later after discharge .And there was little support from Dr and medical staff in furnishing the papers.I had to go back and forth between Dr and Divine.I was complete harrasement during the covid19 pandemic.Long story short once should think twice before admitting a patient under Mondal in Divine.
Visited Dr. Sanjoy Mandal (Surgical Oncologist) For Liver Disease Treatment
Note:Â This doctor is no longer practicing at
My father met with an accident and was suffering from multiple organ injuries. He was admitted in Apollo gleangles hospital kolkata and had undergone ileostomy operation. He was discharged from Apollo and the doctors suggested to keep him in a nursing home for few days before taking him home.
He was then admitted that n Divine nursing home under supervision of Dr Sanjoy Mandal.
After 1 week he discharged him and we took him home, but after few days his condition deteriorated and we again gad to admit him to the nursing home. My fathers sodium level was low also he was suffering from liver problem but after few days Dr Sanjoy Mandal said he is out of danger now and his bilirubin count is also normal and can be taken home.
After returning home he expired after 3 days. We called him the day before he expired and he was so reluctant his only solution was to give my father saltwater repeatedly. We tried to reach him several times as my fathers condition was detoriating every moment, but he wasn't available always and whenever he was available the only thing he said was "it's normal, just give him saltwater ", because of his irresponsible behavior we lost our father.
Why he discharged him when my fathers condition was so critical?
Why he was so irresponsible, that he told to give only saltwater repeatedly without listening properly
Why he was so irresponsible?
