As a wonderful doctor, Mr. Santosh Kumar is so busy to operate that he doesn’t care to look into the patient’s medical history properly. He has recommended double knee replacement surgery for my Mom, who is having cardiac complications. After admission to the Belle Vue clinic, he didn’t bother to visit the patient for assurance even once . The day before the procedure, we were told that this operation can lead to other complications ******* ** *** ************ ** **** When we tried to contact our respected Dr. Santosh Kumar, he was unreachable for any advice (as it’s too late for him). ** ***** **** * **** ********** **** *** ********* **** **** ***** ********** When we needed his advice the most, neither him or his team members were there. We end up calling our relatives for advice. Such a bad dream it was. My father had left knee replacement surgery under Dr. Santosh Kumar* **** ******* ***** *** * **** *** ****** ******* *** ***** *** ********* Believe me I am commenting with personal experience and based on feedback received from hospital staff.
The surgery is done by his team and he doesn't even visit patients after surgery.

Dr. Santosh Kumar charged approx. Rs.4.2 lakhs- (Full charge including hospitalization) for one knee surgery with 2 times operation on the same knee, that too within 3 weeks.
We tried to connect with Dr. Santosh Kumar after 1st surgery due to complications, but there was no response from him or his team for 10 days. It's a life risk we faced. My father had very low haemoglobin of 5.8 and soakage from surgery wound, but there was no response from Santosh Kumar. He showed no responsibility from his side. He might have been a good doctor before but now he has become arrogant. His only comment was if infection is spread he cant do anything and this things happen and its not upon him if there is infection after surgery.
He even charges patient registration Rs. 50 every visit and additional Rs.50 for family members visiting with patient. He charges Rs.1200. So total charge per visit is Rs.1300

Throughout my pregnancy journey she was like my guardian angel.she has given an amazing and happy journey of 9 months of pregnancy. Starting from treatmemts to counselling she was always by my side. me and my family was really stress free. her way of treatment was amazing. Timely reports, timely prescribing medicine. check of health of mine constantly as and when required . she was approachable on calls and texts.. All patients are same for her.she suggested belle vue for my delivery and promised a good healthy delivery. On 17th october I gve birth to a baby boy. Maam has given an A Class attention to me. Dr. Rahul Jain is a gem of a doctor. He saved my mother's life when she was admitted to Bellevue hospital with severe Bronchopneumonia. He is very caring and dedicates time/attention to needs of the patient and diagnoses the disease meticulously. He makes sure to update the health status of the patient regularly even at late evening and also can share the medical test reports with him for consultation via WhatsApp.
Dr. Rahul Jain is very polite, approachable and a thorough gentleman. Would highly recommend Dr. Jain.
