Gyanendra Kumar Saxena the chest doctor had seen me on 30-11-2015 and charged Rs.250 .00 as consultation fee and asked me to come after taking chest xray report after 7 days.I had gone to him on 7-12-2015 I.e.after 7days and after taking medicine for 7days.The attendant at reception see the precption and asked me to pay once again Rs.250.00 as fees as I am coming on 8th day and not after 7 days.I flatly refused to pay Rs.250.00 again and have heated arguments with the receptionist.The matter put up with Dr.Saxena and he also asked me to first pay fees then he will entertain me.After my refusal he asked me to leave the clinik without examining me.I come back from there with a sad and bad experiance.Really it was a unhuman behavior from the Dr.Saxena side and is a long lasting bad unhuman experiance.Look in to it and help me if it is possible at your end.

I went to see him for my chest problem at the time of covid pendimic, he was very helpful and gave proper time and listened to my condition at the time when everyone was in panic due to covid. He also charged nominal fees when everyone was charging huge fees. I am very satisfied with my treatment and now I am free from my disease. Time and time he also consulted me on phone when I panicked about my condition. I would recommend him for pulmonary disease

They took double money, you give invoice amount of ₹400/- but there they are asking for 800. Very contradictory

Not professional at all. Not much insights into the CT scan analysis. No treatment satisfaction at all.

Doctor examing ask same test & x-rays get same medicine to start 2nd when I show the reports Dr. start the treatment ,very soon there was l got improvement.Dr,s diagnosis was excilent, & his way to handle present ,I like it .Now my present. is obaut to recover from that deces
