Manas Ji, thanks for valuable feedback. We are already aware with issue. We are persisting seeking suitable replacement. Every individual have some good or bad aspect, he have too.

We regret for your negative experience on our center. You feel hurted by paying increased fees ( just 1000 Rs in non OPD hours, in Lockdown period when every body including doctors are at very high risk of contracting infection). We had kept our hospital open in this difficult time to provide emergency care only or to consult patient whose treatment can not be deferred. For rest patients, we had provided options of online consultation with less fees ( 400 Rs only).We had increased our consultation fees in this difficult time just to avoid unnecessary physical consultation, to promote online consultation and to meet expense of running hospital , (when there is no routine admission or surgery being done). Cost of running hospital has increased as it is requiring more frequent sanitization and need of PPE, ( cost of every thing has increased in market). Reason of frustation was that you did not qualified emergency case as you were suffering from chronic pain of renal stone and just arrived for one more opinion after visiting many other doctors. and violated guidelines of lockdown. In spite of that I had heard your problem in detail and given you proper advice . Validity also had been reduced to one day to avoid unnecessary physical visit by patient in hospital , you still can take online consultation whose validity last three days. We assure that fee will be normalized to our previous fee structure after lockdown and you will not feel harassed again.
