This was our first visit to the clinic. Initially a junior doctor saw my case and examined me. He told me that I will have to get my teeth extracted as they have decayed and also showed me the X-ray images. Later on, Dr. AK Mehrotra also came for a while to look at the case and talked to the junior doctor about it.
Although the junior doctor examined me well and his diagnosis was also good, but I didn't get a chance to talk to Dr. A K Malhotra personally. I feel that for the personal satisfaction of the patient the Senior Doctor himself should talk to the patient, If not for long time, then at least for 2 minutes. An effective Patient-Doctor communication is important for the moral encouragement of patient.

There is no junior doctor in our clinic. The treatment required is given by the super specialist of the particular problem so it is not necessary that all the patients required the specific treatment from Dr. A. K. Mehrotra. Dr. A. K. Mehrotra examines all the patients take care that each and individual patient should be given a quality treatment from the super specialist of the particular disease which we normally provide by the super specialist available at our clinic and not the junior doctors. We can proudly say that we have got all the full time working main super specialist of the dentistry (M.D.S. Doctors), which hardly any clinic has under one roof.
