Shruti Shashidharan has completed her MA in Psychology (clinical

Commerce, Chembur. She has also completed the Advanced Diploma in Counseling
and Community Outreach from Prafulta, Andheri.
She is a practicing counseling psychologist who actively works with children,
adolescents, and adults to address various mental health challenges. She is a
consultant at Catalysts Clinic, Thane, and Dr. Vatsal Suchak’s Clinic, Kalyan. She also
has a private practice where she offers online therapy sessions. Besides individual
therapy and counseling, she works as a freelance psychologist in collaboration with
Prafulta to conduct mental health awareness programs in schools. At Catalysts, she
assists with designing and conducting behavioral training programs and mental health
workshops for corporates. She also works as a tele-mental health counselor with Dainik
Bhaskar for their CSR initiative ‘Teentalk India’.
As a budding professional, she strongly believes in creating a safe and accessible space
for her clients, rooted in collaborative and evidence-based practice. She is committed
to continued learning and professional development to ensure the best therapeutic
