What I truly liked about Dr. Vishal is that he cares. He genuinely cares. Most other dentists in town just seem to do the treatment for the sake of doing it. Dr. Vishal personally called me one day after the treatment to check in how I was feeling- pain, discomfort or anything of the sort.

That matters SO much!

I don't remember any doctor (other than my father) ever calling to check-in how I was feeling... talk about building a brand and care for customers.

Other points which you may find helpful:

- hygiene: This goes obvious to say.. there are utensils and equipment going directly in your mouth. You don't want someone else's germs to enter in so easily.

The staff under the doctors guidance take hygiene very seriously and ensure the equipment is well sanitized and that you also do not spread your germs into the clinic.

- friendliness: the doctor and the staff are EXTREMELY friendly and polite... you want to be there.

Calling before your appointment to offering you tea when you're waiting or simply having the flexibility of payment.

The doctor literally knows all of you by your name and invests considerable time in treatment and care... and not just as a process to get more from your wallet.

- trust: after visiting 3 other dentists who really did not help my tooth (perhaps made it worse).. He was clear and candid in his promise and knew that I as a patient needed more care to do the treatment. No false promises.

- treatment satisfaction: while my treatment is still to get completed with the crowning... I've not had any major problems thus far. So I'm very happy.

If I do.. the doctor is actually available to help you out.

Overall, in the times when hygiene is so heightened, do not look at any other clinic for your dental treatment. You will not be disappointed.

And I truly hope that Dr. Vishal and team continually invest in keeping this process of treatment and caring for patients the way they are right now.

He is brilliant in his craft!

I particularly admire his attention to detail, be it the personalised treatment of the patient, the colour and size of the teeth or the sustainability of the treatment.

You can blindly follow his advice. He communicates everything very clearly before the start of the treatment, so you will not find any chances of ambiguity!

My mother (66 yrs) got her full dental treatment done from Doctor Vishal at his Jameshedpur clinic between December 2019 and February 2020. Which included various root canals, artificial fixed teeth replacement of 19 teeth and all the required treatment to restore her natural teeth (which were severely decayed). Her condition was so poor that she was unable to eat even normal food.

Dr Vishal Lodha the dental doctor of Ujwal Oral and Dental Care is a reliable and experienced dental specialist which I recommend for everyone. First I had visited him in 2019 and after that multiple times for various dental needs.

On every visit his standards of treatment is being upgraded to the best level and sufficient care was taken up during the COVID pandemic times. One of the professional dental care available in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand region.

Recently I had a tooth fracture during my abroad travel and partial tooth was extracted. When consulted with multiple doctor, everyone suggested to. Fully extract the remaining portion as it is not possible to RCT. I visited Ujjwal Oral & Dental Care for my dental issues and was extremely happy and delighted with my visit as the Doctors, the clinic staff, assistant , front desk staff were very friendly , cordial and prompt professionals.

All the dental procedures that I underwent were explained , the pros and cons well discussed which reduced my pre treatment anxiety to a great level and I could understand them well.

I underwent treatments like teeth cleaning, Root canal treatment, Crowns and Dental Implant surgery procedures. To be honest all of them were carried out very smoothly & were absolutely Pain Free. In fact the doctor paused to ask if anything hurt and the discomfort was taken care off if any . The doctor and staff are meticulous ,gentle and very kind.

I had multiple Deep dental cavity,i took many appointment of different-different doctors, some suggested for extraction or implant No one said it could be treated except this method nd then i was totally exhausted. My previous crown had come out and tooth was partially broken providing little space to retain a crown. While other dentists had provided only options of removing tooth and dental implant, Dr. Vishal calmly assessed the condition of the tooth and provided a solution of dental restoration by building up of tooth structure with post and core and crown lengthening. He effectively and patiently conducted the procedures and was very accommodating with the scheduling.He has a very friendly demeanor and I would recommend to see Dr. Vishal regarding dental issues.

Generally I have always tried avoiding consultation with a dentist, may be because of some pre-conceived notion of the process being painful, and for the fear of being advised unnecessary procedures. I went to the dentist for my 5 years old daughter’s dental problems. Almost all of her milk teeth were severely decayed. I consulted many dentists before but it could not be treated and to my dismay, some even suggested extraction. Luckily, I found the doctor after a lot of effort in searching for a dentist who could treat my child’s decayed teeth.
