Academically, I have undergone Bachelors in Naturopathy and Yoga Sciences. Diploma and certificate courses in Ayurveda Marma, Panch Karma, Dravyagun Tribal Treatments, Aurricular Accupressure and other treatments.
I’am grateful to God that these courses were only 10% of my learnings with majority of it being under Guru Shisha parampara from few very learned Vaidya Acharyas, Asharyas, and Nadi Vaidyas from interior of kerala to remote villages in Europe.
My journey started when my slipdisk steroid medicines ended up giving me autoimmune hypothyroid and PCOD, finally to advice for fertility and IVF. Long story short, I was able to conceive my daughter naturally, deliver viginal birth without any medical interventions, not in a hospital but on my husband's lap in a village birthing home.

Instead of temporary band aid, we need to respect that everybody’s journey for developing the illness is different and aim at finding the root cause. If in a group of three, two people start beating one, instead of just unilaterally treating one person or organ, a holistic approach can show us that if there is a scarcity of something in the body, then there must have been an undue excess of something else.
