Dr Anjali Phatak, has been providing her services in Pink city (Jaipur) since 1995 and holds position in various associations of Nutrition, Yoga & Naturopathy. She decodes Nutrition, Yogic Sciences into practical solutions that addresses needs of individual & their health concern. She visualizes food as pleasure as well as fuel for growth & maintenance of vital organs. In her opinion 60% of weight reduction takes place through balanced healthy diet & 40% by life style modification & exercise. She worked with patients suffering from obesity, bypass surgery, angioplasty, stroke, high cholesterol & blood pressure, renal failure, diabetes, G.I. disorder, pregnancy, polycystic ovary Syndrome (PCOS), cancer etc. She has worked as chief Dietitian in Cocoon (A world class birthing Center). In these institute she introduced prenatal yoga, post natal yoga & nutrition counseling to pregnant women to facilitate normal delivery. She conducts dietary follow up & exercise pattern with each individual. She identifies obstacles & barriers in dietary follow up. She gives small & follow able tools like – mindful eating, intuitive eating, plate portion size, behavior & exercise pattern modification etc. So as to achieve desired goals.
I connected with Dr. Anjali 1 year ago, her nature is very nice and friendly : I had pimples and dark spots due to hormonal imbalance. Dr. Anjali gave me a diet chart for clear skin and hormonal imbalance, due to which my skin improved a lot and periods became regular.
1 month ago I had a miscarriage due to which I faced a lot of problems like heavy bleeding, weakness Along with physical health, mental health was also disturbed, I came in contact with Dr. Anjali she gave me proper guidelines which I followed.
