I visited Dr. Abhilasha Agarwal for obsessive compulsive disorder counseling. Within 2-3 sessions I feel relaxed, comfortable and most importantly at peace with myself. First she explained to me what my disorder is and how I should approach it. Then she corrected my beliefs regarding many misconceptions. She is a very professional and intelligent person. She listened to all my problems empathetically and without judgment. She is always available with just one phone call. She never looked at the watch during our sessions & allowed me to express myself and teach me how to approach situations related to my family and career.
