Had online chat with Doctor and it was great experience. My 7 year old son was having 103 fever. We were stuck in a very remote location in Maharashtra. He listened to us very patiently and ensured medicines prescribed are easily found.After 2-3 doses my kid is fine now. Many thanks

I had approached Dr. M L Kothari for the treatment of a cough for my child, as a result of a previous throat infection she had. Although the medication prescribed previously by another practo medical practitioner *** *** **** ************ Dr. Kothari had prescribed alternative medication for the treatment of the cough. ******** *** ******** *** *** ****** *** ** ******** *** **** *** *** ****** *** ******** *** ******** ** ***** I did follow up with Dr. Kothari about the issue, and he only suggested to give ORS solution along with the medication. The issue of stopping the vomiting or diarrhea based on the medication he prescribed was never addressed. The customer care support also provided a solution by instructing me to send an email and that they would get back to me with a resolution in 48hrs. ****** *** ******* **** they expect people who have diarrhea to wait for a resolution within 48hrs. This has not been a good experience through practo for me.

My brother is 6 yrs old and has diarrhoea and fever since last night consulted with doctor via video call at 11 am next day . The doctor prescribed medicine but only one was available in my hometown. Scanned all the pharmacies in my area . None of them had the medication, nor in any other brand with the same composition.

I messaged the doctor again and again regarding this problem and to suggest alternative medicine but there was no response. My brother’s fever was not getting any less and since morning he had no medicine. After 4 hrs I had to chat with the help desk to get a call back from the doctor. Overall terrible experience. DO NOT recommend this doctor at all .

Dr. Sunita Kothari is an exceptional Doctor who has a very rich experience *** ******* ********* *********** ********** ** ******** We were told during a health checkup to get the cysts removed by operation. that is when we contacted Dr. Kothari and she is confident that cysts will subside with antibiotics. And the comfort that me and my wife got from talking to her is indescribable. I hope that 15 days down the line I will be writing a glowing review about this great Doctor and human being. God bless her.

doctor did not answer properly, without listening i was asked to use antibiotics and when I asked if there is any way to avoid that he answered rudely and cut the call. ** ** ********** was in hurry to finish the consultation and does not want to change his way if treatment. I will ask him please be patient friendly, at least give them a satisfactory answers and explain the situation instead of forcing them to use antibiotics.I was not satisfied with his way of treatment and will not recommend him

Doctor is very cooperative and humble. Explained things in a good way. Very experienced gynaecologist.

Very Bad experience. Doctor was not even listening to the problem. She was hurrying through the converstaion when I tried to discuss everything.

I will not recommend this app to anyone.
