i had my first video consultation, two days back. this is my first time using this app as well as going to a doc for hair loss (M23).
the experience was good, the doc has given me a prescription, and i am using it. doc has asked me to come to his clinic for trichoscan (no additional fees) to understand the cause.
clearly, it is too early to comment on the success of the treatment, I will update, once there are signs of improvement.
