More over i was very much satisfied with clinic they use all covid Protocols ...

Dr. Niharika Chugh is very humble very down to earth by nature. I was very comfortable under her treatment. She is excellent in his field, within a month only I gone through a surgery and I am feeling much better now. For ENT treatment in Jaipur, I recommend Dr.Niharika Chugh (Radiant Skin Clinic) to be one of the best docter in Jaipur for ENT Problems.

Firstly we had to wait in clinic for about 30 mins. The bigger problem was doctor had no patients in clinic for consultation and she was sitting idle and making us wait. The receptionist was asking doctor using different signals but doctor was hinting him to keep us waiting. We could see this as the clinic was small and waiting area was just in front of reception and doctors cabin was besides the reception.

Highly unprofessional behaviour.

Secondly the doctor was so rude and speaking absolutely unprofessional and unpleasant language. I was surprised to see a doctor talking like this. It was altogether different type of humiliation. *** ***** **** *** ******* **** ** ***** ***** ****

Absolutely unprofessional staff. Got carbon lasers done from here, they substitute a trainee in place of the technician. And Dr. Niharika Chugh is an absolute disgrace and disappointment when it comes to "mannners" and basic communication skills. **** *** **** *** ** **** ** ******* ** ****** ** *** ******** *** *********** * **** ****** ** ***** **** ****** **** *** *** *** ******** I called the clinic regarding fillers which I had gotten done from their outsource, Mr. Puneet. I wanted to get more work done and I also had around .09ml in all remaining from my previous visit almost 10 months back. Now we were not informed that the remaining fillers expire in 6 months but were vaguely told, “you can come anytime if you want a touch up.” Make of it what you will. Dr. Niharika Chugh was in another dimension and did not know *** **** ** what I was even talking about and she stared with you whatever is left is negligible and doesn’t matter. (What remained was .09ml, and we paid 75000 INR for 3ml, so it comes to Rs. 6750 for .09ml of product which she so effortlessly said, “does not matter”) Had I paid 6750 less, they would not have entertained me. Secondly, she went, “oh Madam you have paid for only the amount product that was used on you.” Which I then enlightened her was not the case. To which she said, “if you want to come, then fine, if not, that is your wish, you will have to pay for the new product anyway” and she hung up the phone on me. * ***** **** *** *** ****** *** **** *** ***** ******** *** ******* ** *** **** **** ****** ***** ****** **** *** ***** ** ******** *** ** **** *** **** *** ***** **** **** ******* ***** ** ***** *** ********* **** ** **** *** ****** ** ***** ****** **** **** ** *** ****** *** ******* *** ***** ** *** ******* *** *** *** *****. I had to then talk to Mr. Puneet who then had a talk with Dr. Vishal about this matter and they offered me a touch up from the new vile in lieu of compensation. ***** * ***** ** ******** ******* ** **** ***** *** ******* ** ********** ** *** ****** *** *** ****** My only concern was, that the clinic calls you innumerable times when it comes to follow up sessions of peels and lasers, but did not once ask me or inform me about the product that was about to expire which I had no idea about. Had I known, I would have made travel arrangements earlier and gotten the work done. But now its ruiuned for me.

could not understand the line of treatment advised by the dr as her concern was reg removal of tonsil for sore throat.according to her, tonsil is of no use after 5 years hence should be removed which totally confused me and my confidence in dr dripped down. I did not take any medicine of her and m continuing with the medication of earlier doctor. wait time was too much despite no patient which is not praiseworthy.

My experience has been bad here. While taking the test my tongue was twisted in a manner that I have a sore line below my tongue. I was prescribed antibiotics ******* *** ********* ******* ** ***** * ******** **** ********* *** ******** *** * ***** Won’t recommend her at all.

she was not listing to my problems and told me to do allergy test from their clinic. she dont care about patient. *** **** **** ***** ****** whatever symptom i told her she recommended test before listening to me properly. then she said we collect sample and it goes to delhi for further process and took my sample and money. later i found out the test lab was in jaipur itself. ******* *** **** **** ** **** ****** ***** ** **** ************ *** ************ ****** ** *** ** she was talking on phone while checking me

Clean And hygiene atmosphere and pleasant satisfaction.

The staffs are well-educated and humble personality.

Very friendly atmosphere of clinic. Trustworthy treatment. Worth spending time and money. Will happily recommend to others.
