Excellent, but nursing staff not cared well as medicine were not given on time, due to which sugar level got high which invariably affects to patient who has been implanted two stents. I also mentioned in feed back form, I don't think it has received to management as per Indian culture. This also affects reputation of doctor & management due to non compliance of treatment by nursing staff even at stay at ICU. However I will thank to doctor who is still giving services at your hospital. I appreciate doctors behavior & his experience. One more thing I will mention that staff at reception & other desk wants to avoid his work & sending patient to other counters for deposit of money / for getting reports of examination as the system is online, staff should attend to patient smartly at any counter, it is only management decision as I have seen some staff enjoying & other counter like IPD & billing sections are overcrowded. The behaviour of staff at OPD is arrogant, needs to behaviourial training. I thanks management for cleanliness & excellent doctors like Sanjeev Sharma / Dr. Rajeev Gupta & Dr. Deepak Gupta. In my opinion management will take care of it as excellent doctors depends on nursing staff which also reflects reputation of hospital, & staff at counters is gateway for hospital.

My experience with the doctor is quite good but the arrangements are quite problematic.like I have booked an appointment before 2 days for 11.00 am. But Doctor was not available at given time I have to wait for another 1 hour and 40 minutes to meet with the doctor. After check up doctor suggest some test to figure out my problem. These test should be conducted on three different floors. Even during blood samples and ecg the behavior of narsing staff was not as per the hospital image. I think they must control their emotions during patient handling. There was a long wait for every test which was conducted and I spent almost 4 and half hours for conducting all these test till the time 4:30 p.m. I was empty stomach and after that I consult with the doctor along with the test . then I get free at 5:30.pm. in these fog times when we travel 170 km by a car we hope that we should get free earlier so that we can Reach our destination before the sunset because it's not good in these times 2 travel at night

I am happy that i met DR SANJEEV , he is very caring *** ************* * really few proud that EHCC has so talanted team and Droctors like him. He is a marvallous human being aswell , he treats every one equally whichbis my observation ever since i know him and is always ready to give his 100% as and when required .. Great experience overall . Thanks a lot for every thing.

Dr. Sharma looks best acquainted with the aspects related to cardiac procedures along with other aspects of the human body / patient.

He is very impressive & importantly explicit in terms of explaining the issue and applicable treatment.

He gives a patient hearing and describes all aspects in detail.

Very decent and caring doctor well versed with human emotions.

The serious condition in which I was admitted. Basic approach of Doctor's positivity giving confidence to patient of his wellness. Most Cooperative doctor available 24x7 in spite of the busy schedule never misses a call unlike other doctors in cities.

I am thankful to my friend Mr Vinod Gupta, who recommended me to Dr Sanjeev.

Dr Sanjeev received me with a smile and very patiently heard my problem, saw all the previous reports and explained the primary diagnosis of my problem. Then he suggested future course of action and precautions. He was also kind enough to give his assistant s contact no in case of emergency.

In all, I am very much satisfied and confident about my heart.

Actually you can meet Dr sanjiv k sharma only after appointment. I was under his treatment for thr last eight months .l need his consultation urgently. As per schedule i was supposed to go to hi on 25th July 2018 . I called mr. mathur his assistant and

explained my urgency. He immediately agreed to manage my appointment with Dr Sanjeev k sharma.

Overall very good and friendly, but I felt he is in hurry most of the time. Also He did not explained me properly on some occasions. As a paitent I would suggest him that, paitents can have a zero knowledge of some disease and procedure, please listen to him and give more time, so he can understand and feel comfortable.

But overall i would recommend him.

All over experience was good. Service of hospital was excillent. Only thing i would suggest that as i came from all the way to surat and some of reports i bring from surat so that time get saved but some of the reports which doctor ask to make out take quite long time so if that reports get little fast our time may be saved.

The doctor is good but the problem is that if the person has visited the hospital first time and doesn't know that the doctor gives priority to the appointment then he /she has to wait a lot and that's the only problem otherwise the experience was really very good
