My self a 52 yrs old Man i have to travel frequently. From last few years I was constantly under the painful condition of lower back.off and on I used to take some pain killers during my journey. As soon as effect of medicine wean off again pain appears. Initially I consulted with orthopaedic surgeon who suggested me to get done x-ray of lower back,hip joint neck region. Simply conveyed me nothing is there,it all because of travel, if you stop frequently travel, you will be alright, just continue some pain killers and muscle relaxant, calcium and vitamin D preparation for 4 weeks,along with some exercises for that he sent me to physiotherapist, as practice some relaxation exercises.
