My self a 52 yrs old Man i have to travel frequently. From last few years I was constantly under the painful condition of lower back.off and on I used to take some pain killers during my journey. As soon as effect of medicine wean off again pain appears. Initially I consulted with orthopaedic surgeon who suggested me to get done x-ray of lower back,hip joint neck region. Simply conveyed me nothing is there,it all because of travel, if you stop frequently travel, you will be alright, just continue some pain killers and muscle relaxant, calcium and vitamin D preparation for 4 weeks,along with some exercises for that he sent me to physiotherapist, as practice some relaxation exercises. I tried all together.but no effects. Similarly following their instructions, but no out come,

Some of my friend told me if slipdisc once happened its never cure,only rest is remedy. I was upset totally. Met some acupuncture expert.but no effects.

After 6 months I met with some Neuro Dr he advice me to had MRI LS spine,some rest like vitamin B12 vitamin D and some other investigations. We consulted doctors in Faridabad as well however all doctors suggested for Fixation surgery which includes 3 months bed rest and no guarantee of success rate.

Post considering all the therapies and treatment, we decided to go for vertebroplasty and yes, it was a successful surgery by Dr. Sanjay Sharma. It's been a week and my mom is recovering.
