With due respect sir, The charges that were told to you initially and what we charged are not different. You have misunderstood us. No hidden charges are taken from you. The cost for the root canal treatment which was done in half an hour for both of your front teeth are charged as per the advance technology and expertise in the same. The dental crowns that we were planning for you are of the best quality and material and would have been great in enhancing your esthetics, profile and overall personality. The surgery that was done, which you haven't mentioned was successful and done smoothly and efficiently. Regarding the medicines that you were given, it was a choice whether you wanted to take it from us or any other medical store from outside (and you were asked about it too). The medicines were to prevent any infection or pain after the surgery and the treatment. They were for your own welfare and not any hidden charges. It's very easy to blame someone that "we are fraud". We being professionals in our field, know what's the best for our patients. Lastly, sir, if you had so many issues with us, we would have talked about it and sorted them face to face. Nevertheless, we are here to provide you with best of our services and looking forward to meet you again soon. Thank you
