Rest other grievances regarding wrong scheduling or fee to be addressed by team practo as it is all automated and system based, not in my capacity. After 24 hrs we consultant can't initiate video call for any of our patient. Even patients who book their consult via practo , from outside India staying in different time zone don't face any issues .My advice to you please make sure to book your consult only when you are there to connect as time is really precious for everyone. Female patients of UTI , we gynecologist treat as a routine. Also we don't advise urologist opinion to our every UTI case until unless it's actually needed . Urologist fee or your own health, Choice is always yours. Good wishes
