He holds graduation and specialization in Ayurveda Ophthalmology under Guru Shishya Parampara(Center Govt) under Guru Dr. N.P.P. Namboothiri, a world renowned Ayurvedic ophthalmologist at Kerala.
In his initial years in Ayurveda, after completion of his studies, he worked in yet another prestigious Ayurveda eye hospital of Kerala i.e. Sreedhareeyam. He also worked with National Institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur.
It was his idea to serve the people who are groping in darkness that lead to the foundation of Prakash Nethralaya & Panchakarma Kendra.
