Doctor deepak sharma is good doctor ,but the reception staff of cradle hospital is very rude and very unprofessional reception staff ,reception staff of cradle hospital not ready to listen problem on offical hospital land line number...

I visited the doctor for fever of my kid who is 18 months old. I had already taken some medicine and injection from some other health care personal.

The doctor was very good and helping. He examined my kid and diagnosed immediately as having Jaundice. He got only minimal investigation done and advised few medicine for my kid. He explained me in detail about the food to be taken.

He got call done from the clinic to ask the improvement of my kid.

My kid is now okay and I am really thankful to Dr Deepak Sharma for it

He never diginoise the problem. Always in hurry *** ******* ********** ********.

Waiting time also high. Also his focus was on incoming calls to on to understanding the problem

I visited doctor two days back to show my newborn baby after being discharged from hospital. My baby was looking yellow to me for which I visited him. I was quite anxious over the things as this is my first baby.

The doctor examined my baby very closely and explained me all queries including right breast feeding position and how to take care of my newborn baby.

He ordered jaundice level which was normal and he explained me this using some charts. he also advised me to start vitamin D drops and also emphasized on breast feeding.

I was really nice meeting and showing my newborn to a qualified neonatologist

When I say the doctor and all the other employees of the Doctor's Clinic made me feel that I was in safe hands and even made me smile when I left, then you can believe they are the best. Very bad Medical experience in my 40 years of life. *** ****** ** ******* ***** ********* *** **** *** ******* ** **** *** ********* **** **** ** ***** We went to Jaundice 16.98 and after 1 days treatment they said patient is good you can take her back but kept as patient was vomiting. Than second day they also claimed jaundice went bad more than 17. So we got baby discharged. *** ****** ** *** ***** ********** *** *********** ********** Very bad management as they don't even listen to our problems.
