As you know that finding a right psychiatrist or psychological counselor for you is not an easy job,i personally gone through this dilemma as i was very depressed and confused which resulted into chronic depression. After that he explained each and every aspect of my queries like what exactly my problems? what are the causes ? what is going to be my treatment? and most importantly he trained me how to think positively ?? He is a very qualified (MD- AIIMS ) and efficient doctor and knows how to treat and educate the patients. He is calm and composite and above all very sensitive about patient needs. He behave like a friend and mentor to them which is foremost important.so if you are going through any psychiatric issues (Dr .Poonia told me that it is not disease) please have a consultation with him. i was lucky that my friend guided me to consult with Dr. Poonia.
