As you know that finding a right psychiatrist or psychological counselor for you is not an easy job,i personally gone through this dilemma as i was very depressed and confused which resulted into chronic depression. My friends were aware of this and one of my friend recommended to have a consultation with Dr. Poonia so i met him and explained the problems which i was facing.He initially listened to me very calmly and patiently. After that he explained each and every aspect of my queries like what exactly my problems? what are the causes ? what is going to be my treatment? and most importantly he trained me how to think positively ?? He is a very qualified (MD- AIIMS ) and efficient doctor and knows how to treat and educate the patients. He is calm and composite and above all very sensitive about patient needs. He behave like a friend and mentor to them which is foremost important.so if you are going through any psychiatric issues (Dr .Poonia told me that it is not disease) please have a consultation with him. i was lucky that my friend guided me to consult with Dr. Poonia. It resulted highly beneficial for me. Jaipur city is blessed to have him. hats off to him.

i was suffering from OCD since my school years but in starting i didn't give much attention to my problem, but now it started hampering every aspect of my life so i finally decided to consult a doctor . Then from the internet I read reviews of Dr. POONIA and I consulted with him in October 2017

and started treatment. after my first visit or Within 10-15 days (i.e after taking my medication) I started feeling much relief and now I am feeling completely relaxed and can focus effectively on my studies.

The most important part of Sir's treatment is meeting part, where he gives you a lot of time which works as miracle as you can patiently talk to him about anything and everything concerning you.

He is a very good Doctor..i took treatment for ocd for and lot improved...when i consulted to him i was totaly out of balance now

i got my control back on myself....

The Main point is that he believe in treating problem from root as the clinic name sounds Mindroot And with minimal medication with best results..

******** ********** **** *** ******* First he didn't come on the call. We had to call his Clinic, then he came after 30 mins spoke for 10 mins. He never gave a prescription.

I was having a unknown fear of something wrong will happen to me. It remains always with me as my shadow and because of that i never accomplish anything in my life. I become a home bound person and always kept on inquiring about my fear regarding every issue. Because of that my family member try to avoid me. its became very hard to me. One day my son tell me that its a psychiatric illness as he attended the seminar held by mindroot on mental health. On visiting here doctor give me enough time and make me understand about every aspect of lit. He left final decision on me to take medication or not.Finally i consider same and start taking medication. Now i feeling much better then previous self. Because of unawareness and stigma to psychiatric illness i avoid it for a long time but now think that i was wrong. Thanks a lot and please keep on your activity for society continuously.

My uncle was suffering from anxiety and tremor since last 10 year. Had visited many doctors at local as well as at metros. Every one told us that he is suffering from depression and prescribed medication. Still things are are going worse. Finally we have visited here and on evaluation doctor advices us to get some blood investigation. Then we get to know that my uncle was hyperthyroidism. He first refer us to endocrinologist as well as neurologist to rule out movement disorder or some other short of illness. we took treatment from endocrinologist for this and most of the symptoms resolve gradually. After a close follow up of 2 month he prescribed us a medicine. Now my uncle is free of all symptoms. He is taking only two medication one from endo and other from DR. poonia. Thanks a lot sir.

A special thank you sir for getting me my life back. I spend a golden decade of my life in deep dark. I have visited all the top medical institute of India met many doctors spent lot of money but i and my problem remained unchanged.I was hopeless from all side even being well settled. i was not able to live my life in full broom as i lived earlier. i thought that i have lost something which is impossible to get back. Finally someone told me about MINDROOT. Initially I was not interested to consult any other doctors. But with last hope i visit and after that i really impressed by the way of his counselling and treatment. Since July 2015 i under treatment and on a single medicine naming Serta 50. Now things changes drastically and i m doing my job properly. i m totally well now and enjoying my life.

M suffering from PME as well as dhat since 2008.
