Roopsi ma'am is so cordial. She hears all my problems with utmost patience and offers me a free space to open up. The way she help you get an insight is worth appreciating. My experience with her has been really great. I would recommend her to anyone who is facing some issue with any aspect of life be it personal or professional.

I referred my friend who was in depression due to job related issues along with family problems. She was extremely sensitive and caring for my friend. Discussions were setup which made my friend comfortable to open up and share his feelings. Roopsi mam motivates him though a proper charted plan and exercises which helped him get back his confidence and overcome his depression. She has been extremely professional and I strongly recommend her to others as well.

She is an amazing mentor and counsellor as well. Confedentiality will always be maintained . She listens to an individual very carefully .

My experience was beautiful after taking counseling...

It was really useful for me.. It brought me to be clam And to be positive..

It took me to take decision maturely as well as after counseling I m able to manage my emotions and thoughts in a much better way..

I loved d way mam v calmy heard my issues nd the way i was expalined what exactly is my problem ,where i am going wrong in my thinking, what kind of person i am and what wil suit me d best . Loved my sessions !! Boosted my confidence !! Must go if u value your mental health :-)
