He founded Sahaj Aarogyam, a holistic health care centre, with the vision to relieve people’s pain and help them get fit and healthy through non-invasive, alternative therapy treatments. With his extensive experience of 20 years, he has successfully treated more than 5000 people using alternative therapies. His profound curiosity to explore the world of ancient medicine and modern medical treatments encouraged him to learn Acupressure from a young age. He was only 18 years old when he started studying this ancient alternative therapy technique and has since then conducted several treatment camps on Acupressure and alternative therapies.
Continuing with his interest in the field, he did a Diploma in Acupressure from Sri Lanka. He also has an Associate Degree in Acupressure/Acupuncture from Allahabad. He did a Diploma in Naturopathy and Yoga Sciences from New Delhi besides doing a certificate course in Yoga Science from Indore and a certificate course in Sujok Acupuncture from Moscow. Determined to study alternative therapy extensively, Dr. Verma completed his Post Graduation in Naturopathy and Yoga from Punjab University.

Besides learning the techniques, he also provides training in these techniques and hence trained several people.
Acupressure As an acupressure practitioner, Dr. Verma uses special devices to put pressure on acupoints. This therapy is used for treating muscles, bones, and joints ailments. He uses this technique to reduce the symptoms and pain arising from chronic disease or a sudden injury.
Acupuncture Dr. Verma uses Auricular and Electro Acupuncture technique at strategic points to relieve Orthopaedic and Neurological Problems etc. Many patients have shown an improvement in their immune system and energy levels.
