Dr. Amit Ganguly was clear and efficient during the consultation. He explained my condition well and guided me through the surgery and mediclaim process. Overall, I would rate the experience as average with a 3 out of 5 for wait time and value.

I met with a severe road accident last year. In the process the main artery of my heart got ruptured from 2 places & i was in a very serious condition. A big hospital of Indore washed off their hands at last moment & gave up on me, infact with such heart injury they suggested my family to get me airlifted & referred for Delhi or Mumbai. But due to air pressure change & my heart injury it wasn't possible. At that time Dr. Tarun Gandhi came in picture. He was like a messenger of God, & nothing less than savior of my life. He performed an extremely complicated surgery for me & placed a special stent on the main artery of my heart & saved my life at that time. The surgery was crucial but before that the procurement of this special & very rare stent for me on time was successfully made by Tarun Sir. May God bless him always & may he saves lives of people like this forever..... He is a very nice soul & so is his father who is also a renowned heart specialist & an extremely experienced and knowledgeable Heart Surgeon who was also a Mentor (senior) Doctor in Australia earlier.

Its a complete package. Right from nice reception, to Doctor examining, then treatment. Doctor has a team of Junior Doctor, Physiotherapists, etc. to help patient. In the hospital where surgery is conducted the whole hospital staff pays extra attention to Dr. Gandhi Patients and follows his instruction to the T i.e. by Duty Doctor, Nursing Staff and even the barber. Dr. Tarun Gandhi made me climb stairs the next day of surgery. Its two months now since I underwent surgery and several post surgery visits to clinic - experience has enhanced after every visit with smile on the face by the team greeting on my arrival.
